Plaza Girasol
The challenge: Construction of a 455 m2 shopping plaza from an existing metal structure to house commercial premises that can be adapted to the needs of any type of business and size, achieving a completely versatile and commercial rental area.
Commercial plaza of 455 m2 developed on 3 levels from an existing metal structure, adapting the project to these limitations and dimensions. In the project, 3 levels of commercial premises were developed, each level has bathroom cores, installation ducts and is perfectly adaptable to the area required by each tenant and according to the desired commercial business.
The construction was developed so that the result was low-cost and completely flexible to adapt to any business, complying with current regulations regarding commercial premises in a medium-density housing area.
