Industrial Building dedicated to the Manufacturing of Electronic and Mechanical Technology for the Oil and Gas Industry. The program is developed on a plot of land of 8,185.00 square meters and houses offices, meeting rooms, exhibition and training rooms, design areas, dining area, production area, and finished product warehouse. A comprehensive workspace concept was successfully realized, achieving a system of spatial connections that fosters interpersonal relationships and teamwork, which is the company's own philosophy and key to success. The spatial integrity comprises areas such as management, administration, production, and services strategically located to facilitate versatile and fluid communication, with filters at key access points to the company. Understanding the specific needs of the user was a fundamental piece in achieving a defined and functional zoning. The Project, Design, and Construction of this building adhered to the Mexican Official Standard NOM-005-ASEA-2016, Design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Service Stations for storage and dispensing of diesel and gasoline, passing all certifications.
