The challenge: The main challenge of this project is to maximize functionality and comfort in a limited space, providing parking for 28 vehicles in a basement, while integrating terraces and gardens to enjoy the views of the "Country Club" golf course.
Apartment tower consisting of 12 units across 6 levels and a basement with parking capacity for 28 vehicles for residents and visitors. It features amenities such as terraces and gardens.
The terraces and main areas were strategically positioned to enjoy the view as the "Country Club" golf course lies in front.
The design intent, along with the finishes and architectural details, were carefully selected to provide practical and aesthetic solutions to the architectural challenge.
The design team's main directive in the creative process was the well-being of the residents, resulting in an exemplary approach to enhancing livable space, culminating in a clean and dynamic design with quality spaces that offer unexpected pathways to create cherished memories.
