CIS SOPHIA Parking lot
The challenge: Adapt a vacant lot used as temporary parking to achieve a fully functional parking lot, paved, covered and with delimited lanes, as well as its expansion to accommodate more than 200 vehicles.
For this project, the need to design and build a fully functional and equipped parking lot was raised, on a vacant lot that was previously used for temporary parking; In this area, a roofing module design was projected with white waterproof canvas and a gray metal structure that contrasted with the light tones of the roof.
Developed on more than 6,000m2 of land, the main challenge was to work the project in stages, which would allow earthworks, soil improvement, compaction, foundations, structure and finishes, without closing vehicle access to the parking lot; This was why the project was carried out in 3 stages, which were completed in a timely manner according to the client's needs.
The project has a road signage design made specifically for the project, as well as a quite functional and eye-catching design for the roofing modules.
