Casa Madero ITESO
The challenge: Restoration of a classic mansion with more than 100 years of construction located in the historic center of the city, with high architectural value and in a controlled area in terms of cultural heritage.
The biggest challenge was to carry out the painting, restoration, maintenance, electrical installations and façade restoration work in a time window limited to 6 weeks from start to finish; This challenge was undoubtedly the most complicated in the execution, however, with the help of professionals in each branch and specialty, it was achieved to the complete satisfaction of the client and, above all, the end user.
Building developed on two floors, carrying out work to adapt rooms for offices, private rooms, meeting rooms, general bathrooms and a library area, as well as its common service areas.
