BIOCSA West Park Warehouse
The challenge: Construction of a warehouse and offices based on an existing architectural project, which was adapted to the client's needs, regulations and according to the structural solution that was required to store product and have a pair of functional platforms.
Warehouse for pharmaceutical products and healthcare Supplies, developed within the West Park Plaza industrial park in Zapopan Jalisco, in this construction a perfectly illuminated and ventilated warehouse was achieved thanks to its translucent sheets along the entire length of the roof. For this project, exposed concrete floors with hardener and a shiny polished finish were installed in the floor area of ​​the warehouse.
In the office part, this project includes 350 m2 of offices developed on two levels, with common areas for approximately 15 employees, with private, operational areas, dining room, reception and a private entrance with hidden stairs for management.
As a peculiarity in this project, in office areas an apparent concrete finish was chosen with a "salt and pepper" type polishing that gave the areas a very attractive and functional industrial touch to fulfill their operational function.
