The project houses an industrial warehouse area of ??approximately 1,200 m2 with a free height of 8 meters along with an office area located on a single level next to its maneuvering yard and materials loading platform. Additionally, as part of the project, a parking area for 30 vehicles and a security booth that acts as a filter are being built.
